Finelli Consulting Engineers, Inc. is a privately-owned engineering firm with an exceptional balance of public and private sector experience. Located in Warren County, NJ, the firm was established in 2000 by Owner/President, Michael S. Finelli, PE, PP, CME. Our staff includes licensed engineers, planners, surveyors and environmental specialists. We pride ourselves on providing comprehensive services with quality engineering to meet our clients’ needs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
