Job responsibilities include:
Rodman for survey crew
Assist Crew Chief in collection of data, ensure proper survey supplies are on hand and in working order to be used on a daily basis. Ensure proper field notes are completed daily.

Senior Administrative Assistant

We are a Civil Engineering consulting firm looking for a responsible, reliable individual to work as our Senior Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. This individual will provide support to our managers and employees and assist our office manager with ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our office. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years administrative experience, possess exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills, be detail-oriented and a team player with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities include:
• Answer, screen and direct incoming calls.
• Greet clients and visitors.
• Maintain the electronic and paper filing systems accurately.

• Keep track of office and kitchen supplies inventory.
• Report distribution and print reproduction assistance.
• Maintain and update large database of clients.

• Position will mainly report to the Office Manager but will work closely with the President, VP and COO.

• Qualifications:
