• Complete soils analysis

• Public bid administration
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies

What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?

This position will require the following skillsets and experience:

• Minimum five (5) years of related municipal/site/civil land development experience
• BS in Civil Engineering
• EIT is required
• NJ P.E. license preferred
• NJ CME a plus
• Knowledge of local, county, and state land use regulations, guidelines, and standards
• Technical proficiency in site grading design, stormwater management, and hydraulic and hydrologic analysis
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Professional Survey Licensure required or the ability to obtain licensure within six months
